Who Am I?​

I am erica, and I offer counseling, consulting and classses for adults, children and communities. I support people one-on-one, in small groups, and within whole communities. My work is both heart-centered and practical, rooted in empathy and guided by years of training and experience. With every client and project I bring a balance of wisdom and curiosity, creativity and playfulness, and intuition grounded in clear intention.

I am known for asking the right, clarifying questions and listening deeply so that worries, thoughts, hopes, and ideas can be synergized and alchemized into intentional growth, hope and inspiration.

I’ve walked through every stage of raising two young adults, and I know the joys, struggles, and transitions that come with family life, school life, international life, and now, mid-life.
My remarkably diverse career has taken me across public, private, and international schools as well, as homeschool communities. Along the way, I’ve helped to support, inspire and heal children of all ages, families in all stages, powerful women, and gifted educators from around the world and from all different backgrounds.
